1. Why do I get the message We are processing your request now. Please wait …

The message indicates that you have clicked on the Submit ⁄ Proceed ⁄ Next button more than once. Please wait for the process to be completed.

2. Why do I get a message that my request cannot be processed online?

The server is not available at the moment. Please kindly inform Helpdesk.

3. Why do I get a message Service is not available?

The server is not available at the moment. Please kindly inform Helpdesk.

4. Why do I get a message No response from gateway?

The server is not available at the moment. Please kindly inform Helpdesk.

5. Why can't the web site be loaded?

Your Internet connection could be down. Please reconnect.

6. Why is the web site loading very slowly?

The Internet traffic could be heavy at that moment. You may want to try again later.

7. Why do I get the message Invalid eService State?

You may have clicked on the BACK, FORWARD or REFRESH button in the middle of the transaction. Just follow the instruction as given on the page or redo the transaction.

8. How do I report a problem?

If you encounter any problems with this service, please submit through Contact Us @ OneMinLaw. Alternatively, you may contact us at 1800-2255-529 (during office hours).

9. Why can't I get the payment receipt?

If you are using a pop-up blocker, please add "www.psi.gov.sg" to your list of allowed sites. Otherwise, the relevant transaction pages may not be displayed, or your transaction request may not be completed. If you are paying using eNETS Credit or eNETS Debit, please add the following additional sites to your list of allowed sites in the pop-up blocker settings.
(a) For eNETS Credit, please add "payment.consumerconnect.com.sg" and "www.enets.com.sg" to your list of allowed sites in the pop-up blocker settings as well.
(b) For eNETS Debit, please include "www.jxgateway.com", "dbsd2pay.dbs.com" (for DBS ⁄ POSB Account holders), "uniservices1.uobgroup.com" (for UOB Account holders) and "www.citibank.com.sg" (for Citibank Account holders) to your list of allowed sites in the pop-up blocker settings as well.
