Before We Start

The Divorce Aide generates recommendations based on the information you provide. It cannot give you legal advice. Please see a lawyer for legal advice.

The recommendations may not apply in these cases:

When the matrimonial assets are > $5 million in gross value
Where there are special needs children or more than four children, or there has been multiple miscarriages
When there are children who passed away during the marriage

You can still use Divorce Aide to understand how your home and other assets are divided.

To ensure accuracy of results, please prepare the following information/documents:

Latest HDB documents relating to loan or bank statements for mortgage loan
Latest CPF account balances in Ordinary, Special, Medisave, Retirement accounts and CPF Property Statements
Latest Bank statements
Outstanding car loan and its estimated market value (if any)
Surrender value of insurance policies (if any)
